CiviCRM: The Good, The Bad and Everything In Between

In its relatively short history, CiviCRM has had a huge impact on the CRM options available to non-profits. It has provided a high quality tool for managing contacts, email lists, donations, and other basic functions. As both a user and developer on CiviCRM I am happy to see this session go in the direction that the participants would like it to go. We can talk about what people are doing with it, ways to get involved in its development, or anything else the group desires.

Making Drupal usable and user-friendly: A module showcase

It's no secret that Drupal can be intimidating to new users and to those less-familiar with content management systems. This session will showcase a number of different modules that help make administering Drupal sites more intuitive to those who haven't been hanging out on IRC since the 4.6 release. Use in actual sites will be demonstrated, and there will be time at the end for everyone to share their favorite "killer module" for usability.
