from Northern VA

I was looking at the directions "points south" on http://www.drupaldelphia.com/location-philly-drupal-camp and they don't match up with my map. I mapquested and got these directions.
Anyone know something I don't know?
10: Merge onto I-95 N via EXIT 27 toward BALTIMORE/ NEW YORK. 28.3 mi MapAvoid
11: Keep LEFT to take I-95 N (Portions toll) (Passing through DELAWARE, then crossing into PENNSYLVANIA). 90.8 mi MapAvoid
12: Merge onto PENROSE AVE/ PA-291 E via EXIT 13 toward I-76 W/ VALLEY FORGE. 3.5 mi MapAvoid
13: Turn LEFT onto S 26TH ST/ PA-291 E. 1.3 mi MapAvoid
14: S 26TH ST/ PA-291 E becomes I-76 W. 2.4 mi MapAvoid
15: Take EXIT 345 toward 30 TH ST. 0.2 mi MapAvoid
16: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto SCHUYLKILL AVE/ PA-3. 0.1 mi MapAvoid
17: Turn LEFT onto MARKET ST.
Those seem like they should work. I76W does this odd thing in south Philly where you go through a few blocks of commercial area, and then back onto highway.
If it's easier, stay on I95N past the airport and sports stadiums, and then take I676W (Vine St. Expressway) through the city to I76E and then get off right away at 30th St. Station. That should be similar from my trip in from southern NJ.
