CiviCRM: The Good, The Bad and Everything In Between

In its relatively short history, CiviCRM has had a huge impact on the CRM options available to non-profits. It has provided a high quality tool for managing contacts, email lists, donations, and other basic functions. As both a user and developer on CiviCRM I am happy to see this session go in the direction that the participants would like it to go. We can talk about what people are doing with it, ways to get involved in its development, or anything else the group desires.

Most of my personal experience with CiviCRM has been as a developer, but I'm also a user, and participate in the CiviCRM community.

Goals

Have a frank and open discussion about CiviCRM, its uses, community, development, and future.

I expect this to be a mostly open-ended discussion that handles the issues important to the participants.
